Customizing the transformation journey...
During the transformation journey, leaders will find times when having outside support and a seasoned perspective becomes a necessary part of the journey. Coaching key managers for both results and behaviors needed to successfully lead their part of the organization. Changing culture is leadership’s responsibility. The success or rate of the transformation directly correlates with the rate in which leaders change the way they work. Our approach to cultural transformation is through leaders. Mentoring and coaching is the focus of all on-site engagements; however, one-on-one coaching plans and/or off-site leadership training can be accommodated as needed.
As needed throughout the transformation process, other learning services may be employed. Every transformation journey is a custom journey and necessary adjustments and actions will be recommended as site leadership coaches see need and opportunity. These services are also available upon request to other change agents within an organization who find themselves in need of teaching resources.
